Brandfeed Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and applications offered by Brandfeed. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Accounts

  1. All information associated with your accounts including your name and email address must be accurate
  2. You must reasonably safeguard your password and ensure it is not compromised in any way
  3. You must never use another person's account without their permission
  4. If you open an account or register a Brandfeed newsroom on behalf of a brand, product or service (“Entity”) then you must be a representative of that entity and have permission to
    1. Register a Brandfeed account or newsroom on behalf of that Entity
    2. Publish content on behalf of that Entity on public and private forums
    3. Bind that Entity to the terms of this agreement
  5. If you register a journalist account you agree to the following
    1. You are accessing Brandfeed in the capacity of a journalist
    2. You will restrict access to your Brandfeed account to yourself only
    3. You will use the brand content on Brandfeed in the manner it is intended by the brands
  6. All Brandfeed members are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account
  7. You must notify Brandfeed immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised activity on your account
  8. Brandfeed will not be liable for any losses caused by activity on an account, whether it is authorised or not
  9. All accounts are priced as advertised on the Brandfeed website and can be changed at the discretion of Brandfeed. Brandfeed will provide reasonable notice to all customers in light of any change to the pricing structure

Content

“Content” means any information, links, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on Brandfeed. You retain ownership of all Content you submit, post, display, or otherwise make available on Brandfeed.

  1. Brandfeed is not responsible for any brand Content published on the site
  2. Nor will Brandfeed be liable for any resulting content published on third party websites as a result of Content made available on Brandfeed
  3. Brandfeed is not responsible for any content made available on third-party websites through links on the service
  4. For any Content published on Brandfeed on behalf of an entity, the user is agreeing
    1. They are authorised to publish that piece of Content by the Entity
    2. The Content can be made available on public forums
    3. The Content is suitable for consumption by the general public
    4. The Content or link to any content does not fall into any of the following categories
      1. Illegal
      2. Defamatory
      3. Pornographic
      4. Obscene
    5. The Content does not breach any of the points made in these Terms
    6. Brandfeed reserves the right to permanently delete any Content that it feels breaches the Terms without discretion or prior notification to the content owner

Brandfeed Rights

Brandfeed is governed and protected by the laws of the United Kingdom

  1. Brandfeed reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership of the service without discretion
  2. Brandfeed reserves the right to amend or delete any Content posted on Brandfeed without prior notification to the Content owner
  3. Brandfeed may delete any account without prior notification to the account owner
  4. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Brandfeed is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you
  5. Brandfeed may amend these terms without prior notification to account holders at any time
